Welcome to the research web pages for the Centre for Psychological Research. This is one of 11 Research Centres at the University of Derby, which act as communities of experienced, emerging and training researchers.

The Centre for Psychological Research exists to facilitate psychology research and support the development of an active psychology research culture at the University, and to support the research strategies of the University and the Faculty of Education, Health and Science.

The Centre includes a wide range of psychological research that is organised into a number of research clusters: health psychology; cognitive psychology, the psychology of mental health, pedagogic psychology, social psychology, and the psychology of paranormal phenomena.
